TOMMASINO’S ICE-CREAMS were born at the beginning of the ‘50s thanks to a local craftsman devoted to the working of the handicraft ice-cream.

The experience handed down from father to son, the modern technique of mixture pasteurization and product preservation, the adoption of the HACCP methodology, assure such organoleptics and bacteriological levels, that can satisfy the most demanding customer’s palate.

The laboratory produces high quality ice-cream.
With the ice-cream, obtained by using natural products and fresh milk, it is produced the “CASSATA”.

The “CASSATA”, even packed in single portions sealed,
represents the best product in the company.
It is produced in 480gr +/- 5% packagings that can be cut in 4 slices.
Mostly it is used by families as a dessert, but you always find it in restaurants at important lunches and dinners.
